Eden House Shutters are a small team running installation of plantation shutters in Ascot. We found them as we have moved to a house in Ascot and wanted a local trusted supplier to buy the shutters from. We have ordered shutters for 3 windows – large Victorian bay window and 2 standard windows (eg bedroom size windows). Sharon was very friendly to explain on the phone and by email what type of shutters they provide, and one day we popped in the showroom to look at different examples. Fernando explained all the differences and we discussed together what would suit the character of the house etc. The team is very knowledgeable and they don’t push you to make any decision, but instead support you in what you would like to achieve. Our shutters were made to measure and it took a while for them to arrive – but we were warned about it, also lead times are long because of pandemic etc – but when they finally arrived, we could not be happier about the result. They transformed the rooms completely (sitting room and bedroom are on sunny side so used to get very hot and too bright), both aesthetically and practically. Would recommend Eden Shutters to anyone who is looking to install great quality shutters, by a very friendly and experienced team. Many thanks Sharon, Denise and Fernando!

Highly recommend Eden House shutters. The company make you feel like a valued customer and not just an order number, secondly the shutters are exactly how we imagined they would look now they are installed. A pleasant experience at the showroom where Fernando explained the options and there was absolutely no sales pressure which I highly respect as I hate even soft sells! It’s presented calmly so you can take it in unlike another experience with a more well known company. The price was very competitive and we actually had more for the same money versus some other quotes. Despite the circumstances out of everyone’s control, good communication and once it came to the fitting, the tradesman (Derek) who fitted the shutters did a top quality job which wasn’t rushed.
