Owner and Managing Director

Fernando established Eden House 18 years ago and is passionate about designing shutters that enhance a home.  He is motivated by delivering an outstanding service and works hard to ensure all his customers are thrilled with their shutters. When he’s not sharing his shutter passion, he’s being walked by his dog Ty.

Sharon

Design Consultant

Fernando’s partner Sharon has a background in interior design and loves visiting clients’ homes to hear about their renovation and home decor projects so she can design shutters to blend in with the overall look. In her spare time, Sharon tries to persuade the team to try surfing and camping. No success yet although Ty the dog is keen.

Bethan

Design Consultant

Bethan was formally trained at the Slade School of Art, Bartlett School of Architecture and the Royal Academy of Fine Art, and can offer her advice on colour and shutter designs in client’s projects, large and small.  When not designing shutters, Bethan takes commissions to paint and draw portraits of pets and their people.

Miran

Principal Fitter

Miran is our principal fitter and a valued member of our team and prides himself on installing our shutters accurately and efficiently and finishes up by leaving a clean and tidy area. When not working hard, he loves to BBQ and has has persuaded us all that the next holiday destination is his beautiful home country, Croatia.

Denise

Customer Care

Denise oversees the smooth running of Eden House, from your initial consultation through to the fitting of your shutters. She ensures your installation runs to schedule and makes certain you are 100% satisfied with our service and your shutters. Denise loves sewing, designing and hand making soft furnishings for her home and her family and is passionate about homes interiors. She also walks several marathons a year to fundraise for cancer charities and it won’t be long before she tries to pull a team together at Eden House.

Courtney

Customer Care

Fernando’s youngest daughter recently graduated from University and having grown up surrounded by shutters, she is well placed to help our customers since she took a part time role in the Customer Care department of our Showroom Office. When she is not helping her father build a shutter empire, she loves to row the thames.

Ty

Ty loves to join Fernando in his van when he goes out on clients’ visits and Ty’s smiling face is joyful. However, his visits to the Showroom have to be occasional as he could be accused of perhaps an over enthusiastic customer approach, even though he is a very gentle soul.
